Firm Overview
Dutton & Salta was founded by attorneys Robert Salta and Corrie Dutton after years of practicing together at the same Florida law firm. Having worked side by side on hundreds of real estate and property litigation matters, they developed a shared approach centered on thorough preparation, practical advice, and unwavering client advocacy. The firm was created to continue that partnership while providing clients with direct, personalized representation focused exclusively on resolving complex real property disputes.
Today, Dutton & Salta represents property owners, families, and individuals throughout Florida in matters involving partition actions, inherited property disputes, foreclosures, title issues, quiet title actions, and other real estate litigation. These cases often carry significant financial and personal consequences, and we approach each matter with a practical, outcome-focused mindset.

Corrie Dutton
Corrie Dutton is a founding partner of Dutton & Salta, where she focuses her practice on Florida real estate litigation. She represents homeowners, families, heirs, investors, and property owners in matters involving partition actions, inherited property disputes, quiet title claims, foreclosure-related litigation, and other complex real property issues.
Licensed to practice law in Louisiana since 2019 and Florida since 2021, Corrie brings a practical, litigation-focused approach to resolving complex property disputes. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama before receiving her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2019.
Corrie believes that every client deserves clear communication, honest advice, and an attorney who is genuinely invested in achieving the best possible outcome. She understands that disputes over property are rarely just about real estate as they often involve family history, financial security, and difficult personal decisions. Her approach combines careful preparation, strategic advocacy, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
Known for her attention to detail and responsive communication, Corrie works closely with clients from the initial consultation through resolution, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident throughout the legal process. Corrie is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Outside the office, Corrie enjoys spending time with her two Pomeranians, who are often her constant companions. Whether exploring new places or relaxing at home, they serve as a welcome reminder that home is more than a piece of property, it’s where life’s most meaningful moments happen.

Robert Salta
Robert Salta is a founding partner of Dutton & Salta and concentrates his practice on real estate litigation and property disputes throughout Florida. He represents individuals, families, investors, and property owners in matters involving ownership conflicts, title issues, foreclosures, partition actions, and other complex real estate litigation.
A Florida native, Robert grew up in and around Tampa Bay and has built his career serving the community he calls home. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida before returning to the Tampa Bay area to attend Stetson University College of Law. At Stetson, he took full advantage of the school’s nationally ranked Trial Advocacy program, sharpening the courtroom strategy and litigation skills that continue to shape how he approaches every case today.
Robert approaches each matter with careful analysis, strategic planning, and a commitment to achieving practical results. He believes clients benefit from honest guidance, realistic expectations, and an attorney who is prepared to advocate aggressively when litigation becomes necessary.
Robert is a member of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Small Firm Section.
Outside the office, Robert is a longtime Tampa Bay Rays fan and season ticket holder who enjoys spending time at the ballpark and following the team throughout the season. He is also a multi-instrumentalist and lifelong music enthusiast.
